New items on the menu
Quiche with aubergines, minced beef, cumin and Ajvar sauce (a sauce made from peppers, aubergines and chilli peppers). In the vegetarian version, the minced beef is replaced by feta cheese
Quiche with roasted butternut squash, carrots, ras el hanout herbs and goat cheese
Almond tart with apples and blueberries
Chocolate entremet (a chocolate sponge cake with a praliné crunch on top covered with three layers of chocolate mousse (dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate)
Brownie (approximately 15 squares depending on the size of the cut)
