• Homemade speculoos with flaked almonds. A classic!
• Pepernoten: a speciality from the Netherlands. These are small, hard biscuits with spices, a real tradition at St Nicholas Day.
• Gevulde speculaaskoek: another speciality from our northern neighbours. A speculoos biscuit with a rather soft texture filled with homemade almond paste. Not to be confused with marzipan, which contains less almonds and more sugar.
